What do you do to keep in shape?

 So let's know about.

  • I don’t drink sugary drinks anymore. Only tea, water, and black coffee.
  • I try to eat two meals a day because I don’t like being bloated. Sometimes, I might eat three or four.
  • I exercise every day. I run for 10–20 minutes and I do Chloe ting workouts on YouTube. Then, I workout a specific part of my body. I finish off by stretching and doing yoga every other day.
  • I portion control. I used to count my calories but I stopped because I was creating a bad relationship with food.
  • I binge eat once a month. I eat unhealthy food sometimes.
  • I wear a waist trainer to maintain my figure.
