How do I lose 15 kg of weight in one month? I am 93 kg and 5.9".
- Drink 1 lt. of water whenever you wake up.
- Do any kind of exercise for atleast 30 minutes. Like walking, jogging, cycling, push ups, pull ups, squats, dips, jumping, skipping, etc.
- Limit or avoid eating rice, chapati, bread and white sugar.
- Start eating lots of any vegetables, soya chunks, paneer, eggs, nuts, curd. If can then have meat and fish as well. But I am a vegetarian that's why I don't eat that. Basically eat food rich in protein or fats and low in carbohydrates.
- Take last meal of the day before sunset that is before around 6:30 p.m.
I have followed this and I lost more than 20 kgs weight during this lockdown period.
